I assess your general health and your lifestyle. I learn about your personal and family history, your dietary habits and digestive functions. As part of my assessment, I may also request additional functional tests occasionally. I will then devise a dietary plan that nestles into your own lifestyle – and at your own pace. This might include dietary adjustments, lifestyle changes and food supplements.
Very often, my clients experience optimum energy levels, healthy blood sugar levels, enhanced physical and emotional wellbeing, healthy and maintained weight and increased tolerance to a broader range of foods.
